Hey, I'm Albie. And I want to tell you something real before we dive into the skills — because
I think it matters that you know who you're learning from.

I was a kindergarten teacher for 20 years. Loved every one of those kids. But in 2012,
our school lost its funding and I lost my job. Just like that.

Instead of panicking, I got this crazy clear idea: What if I built something I could run from

The internet felt like the only real path to that kind of freedom. So I went for it.

"I joined over 40 different programs in five years. Spent $10,000. Had almost nothing to show for it. And nearly quit three times."

Lead generation IS the business. You can have the best offer in the world, the prettiest funnel, the most heartfelt emails — and if nobody sees any of it, you earn zero.

My personal goal? 1,000 targeted hits per week to my capture page. Not random clicks — targeted people already looking for what I have.

💡 Albie's tip: When I was working delivery shifts, I couldn't sit at a desk all day. So I scheduled 30 minutes every morning before my shift to check my numbers and adjust. That's it. Consistency over perfection — every single time.

🎯 Skill #2 — Capturing Attention

Capturing attention doesn't require a fancy website or a big ad budget. It just requires the right moment with the right person.

Before I ever had a capture page, I had a business card and a parking lot.

I'd walk up to someone, give them a genuine compliment — something real, not cheesy — and then say: "Do you mind if I give you my business card?" They'd say sure. And then I'd ask: "Do you know anyone who's looking to make some extra money?"

Notice I said "anyone you know" — not "you." Low pressure. Just a question. About one in five would pause and say "Actually... that might be me."

I'd flip over the back of a receipt or my card and say: "Awesome — what's your number? I'll get back with you tomorrow."

That's it. I'd advertised (Skill 1), caught their attention (Skill 2), and got their name and number (Skill 3). All in under two minutes. No website needed.

Online, your capture page does that exact same job — just while you're sleeping.

The formula for a great capture page:

You're calling. That's the feeling your capture page needs to create. Speak to a real need and they'll give you their name and email without hesitation.

If you do Skill #1 and Skill #2 correctly, you will build a list. Your benchmark: 30–100 new leads per day. That's when you know you're in business.

When you're just starting out, your "list" might literally be a notebook — names and phone numbers you collected the old-fashioned way. That's fine. Start there. But as your business grows, you need to move to a real autoresponder.

Think of your autoresponder like the sun. The sun comes out every single day — rain or shine, good day or bad. Your emails need to do the same thing. If you don't "water your list" a little every day, they go cold. They forget who you are. They unsubscribe. They move on.


But when you show up consistently? They start to trust you. And trust is what turns a list into income.

Here's my favorite way to explain it:

You walk into Walmart to buy milk. Just milk. That's all you needed. But by the time you get to the register, you've got milk, bread, a rotisserie chicken, a phone charger, some socks, and somehow a throw pillow that was on sale.

That's not an accident. Walmart engineered that experience on purpose. The layout. The end caps. The checkout lane candy. Every step of that store is a funnel.

We do the exact same thing online. Someone comes in on the front end because they want something specific. And if the funnel is built right, they leave having invested in something that genuinely helps them — at a level they were actually ready for. That's not manipulation. That's smart business.

Here's how a basic funnel works step by step:

Step 1 — The Ad: Gets the right person to stop scrolling. One job: make them curious enough to click.
Step 2 — Capture Page: They land here. Your headline speaks to their exact pain or desire. They opt in with their name and email. Now you have a relationship — not just a visitor.
Step 3 — Bridge Page: This is YOU. Your story. Why you. Why this. This is where trust starts. Brand yourself here. People buy from people they know, like, and trust.
Step 4 — Sales Page: Now you show them the offer. They're warm. They know you. The offer lands completely differently than a cold pitch ever could.
Step 5 — Follow-Up Sequence: Most people don't buy on day one. Your emails keep the relationship alive until they're ready. Fortune is in the follow-up — every single time.
Step 6 — Backend Offers: Your Walmart aisles. More products, more value, more ways to serve them — and more income for you. This is where the real money lives.
